Corruption Perception Index 2017

Transparency International on the 21st of Feb 2017 launched the new corruption perception Index which saw Uganda retaining its previous position of 151 out of the 180 countries that were under the 2017 corruption perception survey.

This according to critics was a sign that may be the country still has gaps that are hindering its anti-corruption efforts, and that unless these gaps are addressed, the countries’ performance may never improve.
