Lira Line Upgrade

TIU would like to upgrade her toll free line in Lira. The following, among others is what is desired.

  1. Automatic voice recorder that can enable the call center operator to generate the reports as well as a system that records missed calls.
  2. Installation of telecheck. This helps to store the call memories and the operator can retrieve the call records (numbers/ contacts, dates and time of the calls)
  3. One (1) laptop
